One Kiss

One Kiss
Sept. 2017

First you smile,
Then the corners of your mouth
Turn down almost like a frown.
Your lips part slightly
As my lips approach yours.
Just before our lips touch
Your eyes turn upward to mine.
Then back down to my lips.
Our lips approach, make contact.
I feel their smooth softness.
We press closer,
Relaxing and flattening our lips,
Widening our mouths,
To increase the surface area
For greater sensation.
Then the tongue…
You use it to caress
My tongue and teeth
Lightly and seductively.
You tilt your head to your right.
And I do the same with mine.
We press our mouths closer
So that the corners,
Are almost touching.
I embrace you more firmly
And you pull me closer.
We both ease back but
Don't release. Our tongues retreat
with one last sweep.
You straighten your head a bit,
and our noses touch.
I feel you smile.
Our kiss seems ended
but at that moment, you advance again
And suck my lip a little.
Now I smile,
Rub your nose with mine
And it's over,
For now.
