Thank you, dear one. You're among my precious few to recognize such. My "form'' is spontaneously formed, so could be interpreted as formless? free-form? Uninformed? But the whole of prettymuch every 'piece' is spontaneous, rarely changed from how it was spewed. Little to no conscious 'crafting', (which seems to be an overall concern to most writers). All 2900** of 'em written directly to DUPscreen. (all of which will be in cyber oblivion when i'm "gone"....no "paper trail" ha!...no one in my family or anywhere has showed the slightest interest or intention of helping me preserve My(socalled) Legacy...& i'm hopelessly disorganized. Have the same problem with my music & photography....but such is the price paid for being so vividly undisciplined. It's all to 'voluminous' & topheavy to expect anything to be done with it. I cannot 'edit' insofar as choosing 'the best'. They're all simultaneously gems AND pieces of Shit.
No pride nor shame nor regret(s)..........gotta let it be & let it go.

** (of course there are 1000s of pre-DUP "pieces"...on paper, notebooks....which I really have no access to, or exact knowledge of 'where' they might be).

This makes me sad man, but I feel this as . I've personally been in a slump lately for writing, but typically my family dismisses my love of it all and time spent creating. It bruises the soul....we need each other. And I know it's angsty, it's all been said before; but the life of an artist (particularly writes who aren't even visual artists) is lonely.

Angsty indeed. Tis a curse! But one I would not choose to live without. We feel "the pain" (our own & that of others) in ways that can't much be abrogated by drink, dope, or miracle medicines. Facing the 'end of the line' (for me), combined with being 'partnerless' for over 15yrs now, has been most interesting, especially during the numerous "almost dead" cardiac calamities inherited from Mom's side of the fam'tree..............but, tis all illusion, all dream, all be over & forgotten "before we know it". Wish i'd've met you 3or4 decades ago. Ha...funny boy Iyam.
