Having been closed off      
for over almost decades      
now, it takes effort to      
open the door; hinges      
so rusted, poorly exercised      
     
While you may dream of      
slammed shut opportunities      
I've got a crowbar in hand      
jammed into the gap      
your Light escapes through      
     
You've cracked the portal      
just enough for me to see      
what's on the Other Side:      
     
a future of Trust and Love      
     
Together, we'll get it open

over the threshold
