I feel the distance between our hearts
It gets further the more we grow apart
Me and you use to be so very close
Now our love is just like a ghost
It haunts me from out of my past
I thought it would always last
Now it is just a distant memory
Holding me like a prisoner never set free
So I'll try to cry tears that'll never come
Because an empty faucet will never run
By the grace of God one day I'll get over you
I will just try to keep my distance until I do
