Straight And Narrow Path
Tomorrow isn't promised so make each moment count
For in the blink of an eye either you or I can be taken out
Trying times bring tears to our eyes causing all of our cries
I'm feeling more and more like I'm living behind enemy lines
Where many folks disguised as your allies plot your demise
Making it harder to differentiate between the good & bad guys
I now realize that I must militarize & plot using my third eye as my guide
Strategizing on how to keep fighting & surviving these mountainous rides
Utilizing run flat tires while ripping & running out in these streets
Better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6 so invest in some heat
The police can't protect you nor me so they clean up the aftermath

Second Stanza, Line 1)... rather than, "plot on your demise", I would remove (on) and say ... *plot your demise* instead... "On" is not needed and it smooths the rythm.
