Albert Goodwin paints the future

Crash landed
wounded vulture
ejected erotic violence
crusing into orbit from my spaceship
cold grey streets

quiet was not the fall of man
two way yellow road lines running
cracked when the fault broke open
Resistance of one

kicking down walls
with steel toe boots
had a knack for night vision goggles
repels their attack

slaying the overlord bosses
in throne rooms
jet pack sub machine guns
flash lighting up the hallways

ammo belt armed to the teeth
saving babe-a-loids
dystopia
pigs in L.A.P.D. uniforms blue

carrying shotguns around corners
we held them off no holsters needed
shooting up aliens in strip clubs
with pipe bombs pleasantries

the movie theaters red drapes
rolling back black credits as eyes
low on armor
R&R as you call me back into bed

flooded bathrooms
Pulp Fiction dialog
mirrors cracked from ricochet
execution style

throwing holograms as diversions
diving underwater mouthpieces
tearing open green alien cocoons
of unconscious women

Post-Apocalyptic
technological civilization has collapsed
buildings foundations crumble quick
brace for the kickback

this fire sail called sooner than we thought
lets see if they kiss us before the date ends
or throws up in our mouths open
