Well Its a truly long story in reality but yes I'm overwhelmed mainly by my own thoughts. Sometimes I feel like I'm spiraling down because of the knowledge about certain things that I hold, and because of those things....... I tend to overthink  EVERYTHING. Life. People. Things about myself. It's quit depressing... actually And I'm at the stage in my life where.....im just trying to figure out how to make it and find who I am. I never imagined when I was a kid that the journey was gonna be so hard. And now I know......

Ohhh man. I know the feeling ALL too well. All too well. The more you find out, the more there is to know. The more ‘there is to know’. It’s never ending if you go that route- in my experience. I try to chill and let ‘what is’ come to me; instead seeking so much nowawadays. It makes me depressed because I have an image of what my life should be like and what I should be doing but I fall short of it-so I think...it gets better when you relax- in my experience

Thank you that advice feels reassuring. It always feels nice talking to someone  who gets it. i remember how much more relaxed i was as a kid before i gained certain knowledge about things. sometimes i look back and wish that care free girl would come back. So i try to relax but my shoulders are still just all to stiff ya know?

The only thing I can say is that there is beauty in your poetry, which makes you a POET - I think there is no finer thing to be - write it out, it works for me :-)))))

Thank you that truly means a lot. I get so insecure sometimes but when i here stuff like that it reminds me that i can be heard and how people understand. Reminds me that i am actually good at what i do and i need to remember that. Poetry is the only thing i truly know how to pour my deepest emotions into so i plan on doing more of it and looking for inspiration where i have not.
