trying
I feel the weight of everything
The truth , the light
The moment I try
To replace everything
The shots I take
Are broken glass
At the edge of everything
And in the end it won’t last
Within the shadows they bring
Retouched with might
The second eyes
The second coming
For once, to try
Hold on to the landing
These eyes have foreseen
The days, the nights
The truths I’ve held inside
Too long for my might
But held
Close to my inside
When you find a place
To run and hide
When you’ve darted across
Landscapes you could not confide
When you felt the dagger , inside
But these eyes
Have seen their truth
they gave
, they lost
In the Twilight of knowing
Seconds could cost
Our lives some damage
In the ever after
I managed
In the everlasting
I clasped it
The truth , the light
The moment I try
To replace everything
The shots I take
Are broken glass
At the edge of everything
And in the end it won’t last
Within the shadows they bring
Retouched with might
The second eyes
The second coming
For once, to try
Hold on to the landing
These eyes have foreseen
The days, the nights
The truths I’ve held inside
Too long for my might
But held
Close to my inside
When you find a place
To run and hide
When you’ve darted across
Landscapes you could not confide
When you felt the dagger , inside
But these eyes
Have seen their truth
they gave
, they lost
In the Twilight of knowing
Seconds could cost
Our lives some damage
In the ever after
I managed
In the everlasting
I clasped it
