Caught in a low
moving about on tippy-toe
my resolve is weak
and so I seek
to exorcise
this unpleasant feeling.
I tug one off
to a romance long lost
of an early date
that became a mistake
but midway
it becomes less appealing.

A lot of sadness in this one Tenderloin, I almost get a vibe of giving up. The tip toeing around, exorcising unpleasant feelings but not even really being able to have some form of release. A very isolating feel but well written as usual xo
