Loved so whole-heartedly
you feel incomplete
without that person ...
There are no words
for describing how it feels
It can only be explained with
the flowing poetry of tears
and ink smears

The author encourages honest critique.
There's not a lover alive that cannot relate to the depth of this poem. I had to compose my self first ( and secondly, and third ) before I could respond. And somehow that response seems to have morphed into a poem.
As though communicating
from a deeper Us
Universal segregation
is a nightmare of
paralyzing absence;
Black quicksand struggle
of hopes and dreams
clinging as shrapnel
Illusions of emptiness
grating senses
Nothing in life compares
to the intensity of separation
from a Beloved;
For whatever One suffers
so too does the Other
Despite distance
I Love You 💜
💏
