Specimen cabinet

Smells like night terrors
trickling
from black bed sheets
with white dandruff
skin flakes

dozing dream catchers
willow hoops
busted
woven

feathers plucked
from beads of raindrops
cried
like no tomorrow

tastes like a cold sweat
spilling
glass of warm milk
from the microwave
i dropped my phone in

he roared like a lion
nettle fibers
but crept like a snake
dyed red

under the breaking tile
floor boards
splintered
particle

it was me
that cried wolf

tear
the condemned house
down
it crashed all around instead
