Saved
What I wouldn't give
To lay myself down
In arms that understand
That are devinely led by God
To know love.
Beauty fades
As woman age
But true love,makes beauty stay
My eyes have tried to dig to the bottom,
of what they can't see.
Of what the Spirit has given depth to
That hasn't been yet revealed to me.
Love is giving of yourself selflessly
Love is a Jesus like sacrifice.
Of humiliations,torture
Pain endured,bodily needs denied
The giving of your life.
Love is transending self.
What I wouldn't give
To straighten myself up
And look into a face
That is devinely led by God
To know love.
What I wouldn't give
To have a woman who humbly is.
Devoutly wise
Not someone made of make belief.
Than again,
if that where the case
According to scripture
It would be a sin for her to engage
