I woke up every hour on the hour

Punched in the ribs
breaking linen
white sheets soiled
waiting for cum drops
drug dealers calling
damsels in distress down the alleyway

laundry fills the air
rich folks garage
spit in my mouths pink
brown tampon
i'm used in a garbage
Cancun ate tequila scorpions

concrete cracks scream
squeaky chain gears popping
as shoulders do
clay in the kiln burning
dark room red
expose me for what i am

second wind sighting buffalo on the plains
chemical baths in steel drums
wire brush bristles silver
running water whirlwind
hungry holiday decorations will never see snow

liquid light
standing in the ovens heat
T.V. set floating in the window
ghosts linger in the photograph
rubber inner tube
down river Velociraptor

kid Christmases
snorting crushed candy cane dust
basements hold bright bicycles
crack open a new bottle of liquor
bouncing baby boy

draw on your uterus
purple magic markers
wooden frame your drawings depth
sew me black button eyes
stitch me a smile with a soul
