Criminal Past

I was the Thelma to her Louise
But I let her drive off the cliff alone
I avoided arrest--
I escaped death--
In the middle of the chase
I switched sides...

Now I'm the Bonnie to his Clyde
We were a golden blaze
Those first few glory days
This ride or die
I'm the traitor and the wife

Take the money, steal the key
Get away with this crime spree
These robberies--
Her blood forever on my hands--
Bounty on my head--

But I'll never plead guilty
It was self-defense
My case is insanity

So I disappear in a puff of smoke
Never to be seen again

Leave false clues--
Cover my tracks--

Try to separate fiction from fact
Get past your lie detector test

Behind the mask
Criminal mastermind
The culprit strikes again

Go on...

Try

Catch me if you can
