Proceeding With Caution

Beyond a doubt drop dead gorgeous
curves to appreciate and admire for days
poetry in motion even from a distance
brightest light of any play

Yet at the bar I am hesitant to approach
for the look suggests danger
tired, bored, or annoyed with others
would you react as if I was a stranger?

I know it is pointless to make inquiries
that delve into topics you may not want to share
try not to apply discomfort
wanting not to thicken the air

Maybe I just over think
make more of a simple thing
a testament to your charms
images bewildering make a heart sing
