I used to hate myself
Disgrace myself
I used to think,
"Dawg lately I just ain't myself"
My head aims high to the sky
And I praise,
"Lord when will I get some help?"
How can I save myself?
Because truth is I pray for help
I'm going down while feeling down
Feeling like a joke man but I ain't no clown
So confused
Man what do I do now?
Give up all hope
Surrender my crown?
No of course not but I must find my way back someway somehow...
That was then and this is now
Crazy how things happen dawg
I'm so different now
So positive now
I look life in a different light
I can see my way through right now.
I learned that we learn through the fires that burned
Tables do turn
Every dog has his day
Every one gets their turn
I was concerned.
Thinking that life was shit
That I was shit
I took a hit of that good ol spliff
And I realized this...
Life is a mission
And what we need is precision
What we need is a vision that would guide us through this life that we're living
Good things we must give in
In this life that's so giving
Forgive others like the lord does for your sinning

Correct all your wrongs
In this life we must fight

And just carry on.
Everyone has a purpose
And finding it is the hardest part
But it is the thing that makes us who we are

Fascinating,
And a gift.
Sometimes it brings you down.

Don't regret of the things I did and didn't do.

My struggles led me to the truth.
I understood good things come out of a bad situation
