ITS ABOUT FUCKING TIME
You gotta do a little math with a broken watch
daylight savings time jacks it up
and jacks it off for another hour
from that unchangeable hour
It was already jacked off from
am to pm with a broken button
losing a couple of minutes each month
in an infinitely expanding time crunch
No reason outside of treason
or an indestructible lack of true reason
I simply can't change my watch's view of time
It is now 3:46 PM
so it is actually about 1:27 AM or so
I don't know, I really don't know
except that the minutes continue to flow.........
The wrong button makes military time kick in
at exactly 32:69 o'clock
which I don't believe is an actual time
all I know is that its dark out here in the afternoon
and the little light on the display doesn't work
Screaming at the sky "When do I have to get to work?"
So my watch can bite my fucking crotch
right at suck my fucking cock o'clock
I'm not inept, so just accept
it's not about cost of hours lost
Its not a desperate plea for determined termination
nor a resignation written out in an attempted rhyme
Its not about me or even you, boss
