You'll be okay

I'm not going to tell you that one day it won't hurt because it will I won't say you won't be able to see the scars because they will I'm not going to tell you that everything will be okay because it won't I will tell you to try again and I will tell you to stand up look in the mirror and see who you are because I cannot change what you see in that mirror I can't change how you feel I can't change what happened and I'm not going to because I went through that I got up I looked in the mirror and told myself that I was enough. I lied to myself in the mirror day to day until I started to believe it  so no I'm not going to do anything for you but be there overall only you can change who you see and how you feel. Go look in that mirror and lie day to day because one-day it won't feel like a lie anymore it won't hurt anymore they won't notice it anymore it will be ok because you told yourself it would be.. look how powerful that is look how strong you have become.. and you did it by yourself
