The End Of Friendship
As far as I can tell all I did was get sick
And all my so called friends turned away really quick
So when what I really need is a friend just to talk about it
They’re all gone and I’m alone and there’s no one there
Not a soul to say a word about my troubles and worries
And so I sit and stew in it
Fair weather friends when the clouds turn black and threatening
I have to sail this sea alone and the water is washing in
The wind is blowing hard and tearing up spray from the wavy seas
And all those friends blew away in the very first dancing breeze
It hurts to find out that your best friend in the world
Is not true to you
And doesn’t really care about you
And as time tick tocks toward the end
You face it all alone
You face the storm alone
All alone
It really hurts when your friends run and you’re
All alone
All alone
