Primitive Force

Barbary of war
Blood upon the sword
Bashing skulls with stone
As men defend their home

Conquest of land
Breath taken by hand
Soaked in blood
of another man

Standing for something
You'll be remembered
after you're nothing
The battle of always wanting

Crippled land of war torn
Skin stained in life force
He believed in what he died for

Before you killed him
Necessity of burning his village
So many have experienced
the realism

Reality
As it's bled unto thee
Shield your eyes
It's easier to believe the lies

Bend the knee as not to fall
Almost instinct to build walls
Shout out with war call
collapsed ruin once stood tall

Come and take my land
And if you do
It now belongs to you
Cycling anew

They come to take your land
And if they do
It now belongs to them
Chess pieces with resemblance of men

And so it goes on
They sing about new dawns
As blades newly forged are drawn
And sheathed into their foe

With wounds incapable of mending
When it started, never-ending
Pull the strings, unrelenting
"That's just the way it goes"

Steel and Iron
War never tires
Homes destroyed by fire
Hearts destroyed by liars

The flood of blood
Owners of soldiers
Armies of bodies
Tackled by the shackles
Slaves of games
Culture of torture
Unworthy of mercy
Stained in pain

Down falls the broken crowd
Down falls the broken crown
Gruesomely unfiltered
Battlefield once again littered
Grows only the un-growing
Garden of graves filled w/ unknowing

Humiliated Earth
Grown men dead since birth
Precious life, war cursed
Rusted axe dismembers thirst
Processing of the hearst
But first, your defenses are denting
I ask you what is worse
Mundane life or perfect ending?

Mercy begs no mercy
No mercy, unrelenting
Unrelenting slaughter
Slaughter non-repenting
Repentance drowns
Underwater suffocation
The lack of air
Perfect for all kings of nations

When all is dead
Death can rest it's head
When nothing is more
Death can conquer war
