PRAYER FOR PASSING LADY JOGGER
Bless her in her efforts to keep fit
(And to feel better without her kit);
Give firmer limbs, trim curves, glowing skin
And better breath and heart rate within
Plus that ability to feel great
For shedding unnecessary weight.

Hahahaha!I totally relate to this happy piece!Lately I been doing some running,well,not to lose unnecessary weight!I got none to lose Lol!I find it refreshing!

I often pray the first line when I pass jogging people in real life, but the rest of the lines only came to mind this morning. I put up this poem after seeing another woman jog near my home, while I was waiting for someone to attend a breakdown on my car.
