"Lift the spirits of the world with the words within a song,     
And I (I wish)     
Wish I could teach a soul to fly,   
Take the weight of pain out ya hands and help you hold them high...

I'm hopeful, yes I am, hopeful for today,     
Take this music and use it,   
Let it take you away

I know it ain't easy but, that's okay.

I wish that we could hold hands...

I try to spread my message to the world the best way I can give it,     
We can make it, always be optimistic,

Twista (Featuring Faith Evans) - Hope

Thanx, but it's not mine.    

It's a song called  'Hope'  
by Twista (featuring Faith Evans.)  

I just used it because it has a hopeful message, faith (evans) and the fact that the chorus is basically (I wish) was a coincidence that I liked, because one of the lines from my poems says "I wish".    

I have heard Twista before, so I knew he would be good and when I looked for Faith Evans to reply to your first comment and saw she was singing with Twista, I knew the song would work.  

I would have used the whole song but Twista uses about a million words when he raps, so I just chose the words that were right for my reply.
