[ fAwL ] Fathomless
In my descent
I have yet to penetrate
the true depths of her
Love
where
not a single stingray of Jealousy
nor Jellyfish conviction exists
The only word to describe it is
fathomless
Though I do hope
to someday touch bottom
imagining
a deep chasm wherein lies
her luminous Starfish of Truth
radiating outward in the darkness
revealed only by the parting of her
compassionate seascapes and
Trust

I have never read poetry from such a vulnerable depth of Soul before. It's a true treasure to all who read something so intimately tender. So humbly present. So void of ego.
A True Pirate doesn't settle for meager chests buried in islands, or Spanish doubloons filling the belly of a ship's gallow to be traded or sold.
A True Pirate seeks the greatest treasure of all. One that doesn't rust or lose it's value. One that gifts Him with His Heart's desire: Love. And once He's found it, won't rest until He's Home.
