Lookin Around

When I look around, tears begin to fill my eyes, as I try to make sense of a senseless world, a world in which the value of life is devalued and a valuable friend becomes a foe, in the blink of an eye...damn--I don't know!
When I look around, I witness a world full of communication, but so little community, maybe I'll assume the responsibility of bringing unity to human beings who seems to be seeing life, and life's issues through a glass darkly...damn--I don't know!
When I look around, and see the fabric of life fornicating with fabrication, then I know, the human family has failed its nations, we've become too complacent because of the places we've been, maybe we've been too many places, maybe we've seen too many faces...damn-- I don't know!
When I look around, im being informed that this is the age of information, but for your information, the world is collapsing because it's lacking in, knowledge, while colleges are cluttered with so-called scholars and scholastic masters chasing Bachelors, and PhD's... damn-- I don't know!
When I look around, I see defeat in the collective faces of the masses, as cashless societies are being contemplated, and classes of people being hated and castrated from the mainstream, we Americans dream of a democratic country, but its run by King...damn--I don't know,   so I'll continue to look around...for now!
