Here and now

I want you to know I don't care about forever
I care about now.
I know we can never put each other first  
and that's ok.
I want you to know that I see the way you look at me when you think I'm not watching.
I love the way you touch me  
when you dont even know you are.
I feel you breathe easy when I'm next to you.
I see your smile and it tells me you're happy.
I feel your contentment.
I share with you the joy and ecstasy  
we are so lucky to have found,  
I wouldn't want it to be anyone else.
To need and want each other so much.
To let us be ourselves and
not care or want to change faults.
For isn't that the reason  
we fell so deeply in love?
I can feel how much you love me
in the simplest things you do.
And you just know that I love you too.
No one ever knows how long  
they have someone for ....

let's just love each other  
and treasure what we have found.
