Ode to a Love Unseen

I love you to the bottom I can't see
A deep so forbidden,
That even Jacques Cousteau
Himself couldn't breech....

My love for you is
Unparalleled to none,
You are the concrete beneath me
My destiny emblazoned....

Let my love bleed
Like a page kissed by ink,
Your eyes are like quicksand
Swallowing me thirstily,
Pulling me in
Your hostage,I submit
I'm obliged to sink....

This is an ode to love
For a love unseen

To try to harness these
Paintball tinged feelings,
So colorfully blindly hitting me
Like fists from a waterfall,
Soaking me in love
So selfishly, unabashedly
To my bones
Would be ever so obscene....

It is said that 'the skys the limit'
With cheap certainty,
For no measuring tape
Can ever scrape infinity
For you are that diamond
Heisted from the galaxy,

A star conceived from a dream
In the hot,lusty dark
Birthed by mother earth,
Hence,you set my life afire
Like sulfur sparked....

Caught & clenched
Like in the jaws of a shark,
My breath,In your custody &
Hearts vitality,at your mercy....

These meager words to
Define my love for you
Are unjust & naive,
Yet I can not still
The flood threatning
To spill from my quill
Love,you are the ink
In my veins,
My dictionary of emotion
You give my life definition....

My love for you is
Unparalleled to none,
Love, believe me
For this is an
Ode to a Love Unseen.
