YOU MAKE ME SICK...
I awake in the middle of the night,
dripping with sweat from the nightmares you left behind.
I cry in the middle of the night,
from your hideous face in my sight.
I quiver with fear,
hoping and praying you don't come near.
YOU MAKE ME DISGUSTED,
YOU MAKE ME SICK,
I HOPE YOU BURN THE HELL FOR THIS SHIT!
you make me frightened from the hell put me through,
I hope someone does this to you.
I never wish bad things upon anyone,
but for you the damage is done.
you took away my childhood and my right to play,
now its your turn when it becomes judgement day.
YOU MAKE ME DISGUSTED,
YOU MAKE ME SICK,
I HOPE YOU BURN IN HELL FOR TYHIS SHIT!!!
I HAVE TO LIVE WITH THIS FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE,
BUT AT LEAST ILL GO TO HEAVEN WHEN I DIE!!!

yessss!!!! that's how I get my feelings out. I just start writing and after a while I feel relieved and released from any and everything that was brothering me before and I encourage everyone to write and or talk to someone when your feeling something or going through something. because it really helps. holding everything in sets you up for disaster. I write about things I've been through or I've seen people go through or that I know people struggle and or experience in life in hopes to help someone through whatever they are feeling!!!

This is an excellent expose of what I would call righteous rage - my background was similar and writing it out does really help - venting and ranting also help - these predators deserve nothing but bad things - karma if you will

THANK U SO VERY MUCH AND YES IT HELPS SO MUCH. WHEN I FEEL SOMETHING INSTEAD OF RUNNING TO DRUGS AND OR LIQUOR I JUST PICK UP A PEN AND WRITE. IT REALLY IS SELF MEDICATION. SO I DONT HARM NOR BLAME MYSELF ANYMORE AND AFTER WRITTING THIS AND MANY OTHERS I LET GO OF THE RESENTMENT I FELT AGANST MY PREDITOR AND REALIZED HE WAS ONLY SICK AND HE HUR5T ME AND OTHERS MOST LIKELY CUZ SOMEBODY DID SOMETHING HARMFUL TO HIM SO I FORGIVE HIM AND I CAN STAND UP TODAY AND SAY IVE LET GO OF MY ANGER AND I CHOSE NOT TO BE A VICTIM BUT I AM A SURVIVOR. AND IVE REALIZED IM NOT ALONE IN THIS WORLD AND PEOPLE OUT THERE ARE JUST LIKE ME AND THEY SOMETIMES DONT HAVE A POSSITIVE WAY TO COPE WITH IT AND INSTEAD OF LETTING GO AND BEING FREE THEY DROWN AND HURT THEM SELVES AND OR OTHERS. SO I WRITE AND MAKE WHAT IVE BEEN THROUGH PUBLIC SO THAT THEY CAN TO FIND REFUGEB WHERE THEY THOUGHT THERE WAS NONE.

I totally respect your courage - it takes a lot to do what your doing - my route to peace is different but all survivors must find there own path so they can achieve some sort of peace :-) thank you for sharing :-)
