Dear Universe

   
 dear Universe,    
     
     
              I'm grateful for the on and off beat, that makes you poetry....    
              I'm grateful; although it may be hard to see, but I'm grateful....    
              without it; would've never felt that gravitational pull in song, or in sight;    
           And you are beautiful; with your hottest, coldest, brightest day, and darkest night;    
           your shapes form quotation, and question marks; that may linger;    
           to you, I'm a note amongst collectives; to me you are a beautiful, interesting, imperfectly perfect stranger....    
          I may never truly know, but feel I understand....
