goodbye

I would love to have one more night with you, my soul has been restless since you left my side and said goodbye
A piece of me died when you went away it did something to my soul that's tingling still deep down inside
You just snuck up behind me when I was at a low point now I don't know if I will ever let you go
You left me here waiting I thought you was coming back now I have a wound that won't seem to heal
Not sure how to say goodbye or even how to let go my heart feels like it's going to explode
The thought of saying it makes me feel ill maybe I should be put on more than just one set of pills
Trying to let go of you is like trying to get blood out of a stone there must be another way to do this  
my soul has been so restless since I left that God forsaken place now it's time to move on time to have a life and take what's mine goodbye, goodbye, goodbye.
