Only fools believe in foolish things    
   
Love, for example    
   
even when the odds are against them    
and Happily Ever After appears    
impossible    
   
I want to believe
there is a reason    
for every obstacl
making their journey
together so difficult    
   
Is it not enough they are    
only human and make mistakes?    
   
God,    
you can pile on all the miserable    
circumstances you deem fit to    
test their resolve and strain their    
aching shoulders until they    
crack and crumble to the floor    
   
This fool still believes in foolish things    
   
and is still rooting for them    
   
even if you are not
