the morning looks good on you~
every morning i walk the tree line,
in between my foggy steps i search
for the dew kissed spiderweb
sometimes stopping to admire the
movement of mr. snail while he creeps
along the weeds
feathered friends soaring through the
tree tops collecting breakfast as i listen
to a morning dove cooing happy day
soon, the sun will burn the fog away
dry the dew from the emerald grass
and he'll whisper, " the morning looks good on you, my dear!"

This conveys a sense of at oneness with nature.
(Before I read it I thought the title was a chat-up line one might use with someone you meet earlier in the day rather than at night.)

this comes after a quiet, peaceful night, Tommie;
feel the freshness in your poem...

Morning fog is such a joy when one is truly immersed in it looking for the small daily miracles
