Sending a big hug ! Sometimes it all just blows ass and we want to say screw it all, but I'll tell you what I tell my students when they feel they've failed or not done so great : look at what you do have and not what you don't . Look at how much you've accomplished, not what you didn't manage to do and the rest will come along as it's meant to.

Life is always a gift even if it doesn't feel that way. there is joy to be had, and focusing on the bad will just leave you empty. It is always a good idea to release such feelings though. To keep in those feelings can really mess with the mind.
