Grew up thinking love was everything
Held that thought so strong
Until I met you
Then you proved me wrong

Never believed in heart breaks

Broke me down completely
With your devilish acts

I learned with a hate-filled vigour

Once I was back up on my feet
I became an angel of pain

That I'm an embodiment of lies

Sorrowful they weep and leave
My cold heart without remorse
Formulates plans to get the next
Victim of my vengeful force

Look as harmless as a butterfly
And just when they drop their guard
Just then I sting and fly

Away with your sympathy
Too late for that emotion
