How do you explain the feelings you feel..
When there discarded
dismissed
Like they just wernt real ..
Telling someone you get so down
That no matter how hard you try
Your only option
is to drown..
Coz no matter how hard your kicking and screaming..
Doing everything you can
And more
To fight this feeling..
You can't..

How do you explain,
Why your feeling so blue,
When there's nothing wrong,
Things look bright,
But sadness
takes you..

And turns every emotion and feeling you have
On its head,
A glowing grin
A happy smile
To expressions portraying misery and despair 
Instead..

And you feel it..
Sense it
But there's nothing you can do,
Buckle up
And ride the waves
And prey that you get through ..

How do you explain it..
Your life portrays no stress
No pain
No sorrow
No strain..
Yet your holding in so many tears
So much pain
And this agony is constant
It happens again and again..

And even though your blessed,
Jubilant
Content
Your still depressed
