The beautiful first rays of the sun
brings the pollinating bees, plants, and trees.
the birds seem to fly lower coasting wings spread lazily.
The best part of the sun is the life it seems to breathe into me
it awakens an inner smile that the year-long winters diminish
it brings my practice a lightened energetic intention
I thank myself and the sun for coming to practice today
