DREAMSCAPE : MAELSTROM
The eyes are closing
In the maelstrom
Maelstrom of black
Foreign
Characters
Glyphs on the rim
Indigo
I know not the meaning
But understand
I drift
It is cold
And the heat is
Unbearable
Oppressive patterns
Swirling
In the maelstrom
The dark becomes tangible
Pressing upon me
And there is
Children's laughter
Gives way to screams
An eye opens in the centre
Shows me what I need
It is the gaze of death
Drawing me in
I know there is light
Behind
But I am locked in tangent
Between colour
I can not adjust this course
And the eye closes
In the maelstrom
