Dawn's Gift
Dans l'aube de ma journée, je vous vois
floating along-side my quiet slumber
resurrecting visions that reside
in the stillness of my breath
as I await the rising sun
Peaceful rays of love lie down
within a lemongrass fragrant breeze
tap gentle on a probing heart
and soothe dawn's gift of golden light
