Walking On

Hidden
in the earth
proclamations rise
state evolution
while lying

defamation
has shown her face
beg at the door
and conspire behind

primitive

forward on
we lost our tails
while some
in the muck
painfully
grow them back

weigh them
stuck
as we walk on

O solid ground
lay seed
dew to blade
fertile earth

Ah a volcano
giving ash
dystopia has lost
new growth has come

save the fake smile
flowery comment
the mask has broken
phantom
We see the scar
deny the opera
emptiness
with its
length of chain
drag
link after link
kept
and powerless
seeing this
We walk
having left
you behind

this is awesome, tried to add it and apparently I need to clean the closet.
FULL
but the last stanza here reads like a testament to
the predator being chased by the prey. A form of imminent justice
my life has lead me to feel deeply for.

My Friend...this piece leaves me deep in thought...in depth write with layered levels to consider.

With each subsequent read--both metaphorically, and symbolically--i sense, not only an evolution in a more " collective consciousness" connotation, but, also an i n d i v i d u a l rebirth of mind, body, and spirit (soul)....as through enlightenment we rise up, and move forward.
