On my path to love all you did was trip me up
I fell for you and landed in the dumps
Fuck your past and the shit that happened before me
I wasn't them but you still longed for that pain
I remember the first fight
I wouldn't bend to you and your chaos
You tripped me up
Asking me to hit you just to resolve it?
Fuck that
I didn't do it and you kept on with the tangle
I try to walk away and you stood in my path
I simply asked that you move and let me by
Grabbing on to me and forcing me back I had no choice but to push you away
Then you act like I'm the aggressor
I never hurt you with my srength and you know it
You tripped yourself on purpose
Acting like I shoved you in to the wall when all I wanted was for you to let me go...a scuffle
The next day you apologize and promise not to get physical again
But you drink again and smoke again and pop a pill again...what the fuck was I with you for in the first place?
I never lived that life
You were back at it the very next night
Wonder why I left?
I'm not about to take your abuse
It was different to you because you were used to guys that hit
But I'm not with that shit
