myself
I am a character
you knew well
memories
we once shared many
one half is gone
the other lives in me.


A reevaluation
of myself
becomes a new equation
will old stories
to tell
I'm on that wavelength
that's gone
but still there
shadows walk on
the pavements
holding hands through
the years .
