We are "Not Under the LAW [OF MOSES]" - What Does It Mean??

Paul the Apostle wrote that Christians are "not under the Law [of Moses]" (Romans 6.18; Galatians 5.14).
But what does he mean??
After all, isn't the Torah Law "the Word of God"??
How can we not be under "the Word of God" ???
Well, the implication is that the Torah Law isn't "the Word of God" to the full extent.
After all, didn't Paul say "the Law contains the SHADOW" of the true image,
NOT the truth itself(Colossians 2.16-17;Hebrews 10.1).

Didn't John the Apostle say the same sort of thing??
He wrote, "The Law was given by Moses,
But ..Truth came by Jesus Christ
[not by Moses]" (John 1.17).
Isn't that an indictment of the Law --
in a polite way, of course.

But my point is that "the Law" can mean
THE BOOKS of the Law,
for the Bible speaks of "the book of the Law" (Joshua 8.31; 23.6; 2nd Kings 14.6).
It may be that Paul's statement,
"You are not under the Law"
means "not under the BOOKS of the Law."
in addition to the Law itself !!!
In that case Paul's words mean we are not duty-bound to accept as literally true the two Creation accounts in Genesis,
the first "book of the Law."
Namely the 6-days of Creation Week, (Genesis 1),
and the Adam and Eve account(Genesis 2).

Instead of "the Law," we are "under grace"(Romans 6.14).
And are to be "led by the Spirit"(Galatians 5.18).
And "putting aside childish things"(1 Corinthians 13.11) is truly a Spirit-led act of grace(freedom).
Fot it opens the door to the true Creation account given to us by "General Revelation" (Romans 1.19-20), a/k/a science.
Namely, the Big Bang Theory, which is based on (the reading of) the light of the stars which "the heavens declare".
On that basis the Big Bang Theory is "the
glory of God".
For we read that, "The heavens declare the glory of God" (Psalms 19.1-4).

PS: if the Big Bang Theory is true, why didn't God put it into Genesis, chapter one?
Actually it IS in there if you interpret it nonliterally.
But the reason God hid it behind the words of Genesis One is this:
By having Christians like Edwin Hubble in the 1920s discover the evidence
(namely that the universe is expanding),
and Roman Catholic priest George
LaMaitre formulate the (Big Bang) theory
(calling it the "Cosmic Egg theory"),
God had brought glory - validation -  to the Church as the institution that produced these giants.
And in turn glory to Himself via the Church like it says in Ephesians 3.21.
