Passion is my child. I raised him from a babe. Add a sprinkle of obsession. That will make you my slave.  
 
Your mind spats. It curses me out. As I plunge you into ignorant bliss until your rationality is no longer around.  
 
People have killed for me. They cry out my name. I awaken at night and go to sleep in the day.  
 
I can stop a man in his tracts with a single glance. If that's something you can believe. I've sucked the wind out of a maiden's chest. I can bring a woman to her knees.  
 
Who am I? What is the saddest thing you can recall? Could it be that you have forgotten me and can't remember at all?  
 
I am the main reason for all of your grief. I am responsible for your lack of trust. I am the loss of your belief.  
 
I'm not all bad. There is some good I do. I bring about inspiration and mutual understanding to name a few.  
 
I bring about peace and happiness on a personal dimension. I provide you with tender sweet care and affection. To you I give all of the necessary attention.  
 
What candy am I? My flavor is bittersweet. I can be quite addictive if you don't watch how much you eat.  
 
I can make you ugly. Fill you with jealousy and envy. I can make you selfish and fill you with greed  
 
I am the most sought after treasure of all time. Who am I?
