Soul Searcher
How does it feel to carry my pain,
suck the sorrow from my soul
as you look into my eyes.
Can you taste sweet release
from the stretching of my wings
while feathers of my freedom no longer fall
After holding my hand,
will you smell the salty sea of tears I shed
and listen to the bittersweet thunder in my heart
