I once said "Let's sit on a rooftop at 2am and introduce me to your mind."
But I already knew then as much as I needed to.
It was a reach and a waste of my precious time.
Cuz really the only person whose mind I need introduced to is my own.
I want my own rooftop at 2am. Stars bright above.
My world. My oasis.
I'll figure out what I am and who I'm yet to be.
Enjoy your roof and your simple self.
I'm setting myself free.

Totally relatable for me. I have literally sat on a rooftop late at night trying to find myself.sometimes alone,sometimes with a close friend looking up at the stars,searching for my purpose. I feel like this poem is one of my youthful memories. Very nice work!
