Political Preacher
I would like to think
while you sleep
there are demons
crawling at your feet
waiting for your
impending death
for they can feast on
your rotten flesh
they love those
who preach
blah, blah, blah, God
all while sucking on
the devil's dick
royal hypocrite
it's in your nature
saying one thing
then doing another
making excuses
for why
you’re a piece of crap
acting as if everyone's
beneath your power
but there's a reason
for those
bags under your eyes
deep down inside
you know
you’re a fucking criminal
the ghost of the innocent
are coming with fury
the families you destroyed
are angry
every knock at your door
could be the day
they wipe that smile
from your fucking face
drain the money
from your account
and expose you
for the monster
you really are
lives aren't toys
people don't live
for your bullshit
thinking you can just
get away with
riding on the backs
of the powerless
but a friendly warning
don't underestimate
the strength of voices
don't think
truth can't show
don't think
God doesn't see
your evil deeds
