I agree with Poet speak if you didn't at least 'treat yourself' every once in awhile then it's not good for you or your relationship. In fact it's proven that when you do it treats sexual dysfunction, relieves stress when done often, decreases depression, and helps so much more that makes it essential for not just you but your partner as well
