through nature or nurture
the human condition persists
varying in degrees of inheritances
as decrees passed down
through the channels of fate
...
dietary needs may differ
from soul to soul
from experience
through experimentation
trial and error...and error...and error
seeking cohesive grains
through the constant culling
of calcified thoughts
...
may require a mercy killing
the sacrificing of decayed ideologies
that delusional thinking
detrimental to the mental
update outdated philosophies
they must always be in movement
because there's an abundance
of evidence of how time
punishes the stagnant

I really enjoyed the essence of this, Naajir. That ending leaves a hush in the spirit for an echo from the future.

My brother, such is the life of a free thinker and philosopher, as we live and grow in age we learn or relearn, dispell myths we once held as truths, evolve and expand in new understanding BECAUSE we refuse to take things at face value or be herded like the rest of the "sheeple" to a complacent corral. We are as we have always been, the voice of the few; warriors. Keep that pen flowing!
