The Remembrance Of Birth

Corners fold in little boxes
scribbles on parchment, from long ago
and my mind smiles with remembrance
saved moments; that speak volumes
to the flood that carried a wooden craft.

Eyes peeked through keyholes
like a naughty child, curious and impish
spurred on by hints of flesh.
The scintil scant, sheer pleasure
inscribed with initial; The rise of black diamond and purple line.
Want flowed between legs from both entities
quiver, ode along hungers tongue.

Pick any night covered by rain sweet reader
and I shall tell you that the sky delivers more.
The earth quakes beneath your feet yet never leaves, for
the tremor is a snake within the skin; slither of a quick pulse
surely bitten.
These are the eyelids that never close, forever constant and all knowing; red-rimmed and forever rose.

Do not discount the wait, it can hurl one insane by its miniscule minute; fumbling a pocket watch in breasts of an overcoat.
Portents are a given, slow yet steady vision to what our world consists of.
I can remember the ancient tomes bound by many tribe, when the world was flat, cut in half lost on some island yet somehow preaching the same word across continents.
Pangaea was embraced an Island all its own..
The winds swept all directions, blowing admiration across mountains, valley and stream.
The sun rises and shines, sparkling off the gilded edge to hardbound books written by faith.
