Life is a game.
It's a Russian Roulette
party, and am I the only
person who came?
I've gambled my sanity.
I've gambled my will.
Betting my life.
Felt the chill,
on the bloody mantel, it spilled;
used as ink
for the reaper's quill.
Curses are bestowed,
capturing my soul;
extinguishing hopes;
hanging butchered dreams
by ropes,
attached to ceilings.
I drowned myself
to the sounds of
Reptilia by The Strokes,
in the background.
The keys are dangling,
in the forgotten shelves,
in a different realm,
protected by spells
of the undead,
dying to be fed,
with the blood you've bled.
We should rebel!!
But most seemed compel
to propel
hatred to the unwell,
unfit minds of
random as fuck misfits,
who spread this
information for cheap hits.
Why do you permit
Yourself to be spooned,
and cocooned
by the 'it's alright' of society,
and blinded ignorancy
of who are and whom
you want to be?
See!!!
For you have two eyes,
to take in the sight of
the brainwashing abiding
in the recesses of your mind;
to provide
delusional safety,
in every empty word,
being told,
by ruthless men, women
basking in hypocrisy.
Those who thoughts
brought the 'I' in team.
Stepping over people,
stepping over dreams.
The vultures of humanity,
and insecurity,
everyday feeding
off of your energy.
The vulgar ones.
with the huge follow,
shallow,
with all the likes,
million subscribing
to dumbing down
of our instinctual
intellect.
Reality TV,
piosoning the endangered brains
of our coming generation,
running on a 'looks over books'
mentality.
We gag them with the attention,
they plead for.
Like foolish sheep,
thinking we'll change the world,
with one comment you did
a minute ago.
One wonders,
naively at my bitter
outlook on this bleaky
future.
Whether it's half empty,
half full -- doesn't matter to me--
because it's refillable.
But as you've figured,
I'm still quiet triggered

I don't know my Dark One... u didn't seem very quiet to me...it was a magnificent ass kicking indictment of them who "rule-poorly" n those whom follow foolishly... n all the in between the shitty asscheeks of society.... I love that you were 'triggered'
