I want to scream
"Listen to me!'
But I know my words
will not penetrate
your depth of emotions
you will only recluse

in stone silence
hoping that the  
glazed expression

I realise life

Breathing is the only requirement  
for change
and change may not always
go your way at first
but make it.
Be in control

demand
do
